Welcome to the thread, @ANewport. I'd be glad to assist you in reconnecting your account.

 

Beforehand, can you verify the name of the bank accounts that you'd want to reconnect? Any additional information will get us closer to the resolution and check if there's an open investigation about this.

 

Then, for the steps you're referring above, it's for QuickBooks Online (QBO). But if you're using QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), you can change your login and other info for the bank account, so the new details will be available when you set up.

 

Here's what you'll need to do to edit your bank info:

  1. Deactivate Bank Feeds for an account.
  2. Make the necessary changes.
  3. Set up the account for Bank Feeds.

 

Once bank transactions download, you can now start categorizing or matching them to straighten out your books. After that, you have the option to do your regular bank reconciliation
