Here's how:
- Go to the Contact support page at this link.
- Choose QuickBooks Desktop.
- Click on Search for something else and enter Our credit card was charged twice after upgrading our QuickBooks.
- Hit Search.
- Select Start a Message.
It is also best to understand your subscription rates and charges in QuickBooks Desktop. This way, you can request a refund if there are invalid charges.
