Thanks for looping in this thread, @Ginny1029. I’ll share further information to help you review your account and locate your receipts. 

 

Let’s check your Chart of Accounts to make sure you're putting the Undeposited Funds in the right account. From there, you can also make the necessary changes. This way, we can ensure we’re using the correct account when creating deposits in the future.

 

Let’s review the Detail Type of the Accounts on the COA. I’ll show you how:

 

  1. On the left pane, select Accounting.
  2. Click Chart of Accounts.
  3. Tap the gear icon of the report.
  4. Check the box for Detail Type.

 

You can also go through the suggestions made by my colleagues above to assist you in showing those missing deposits in QuickBooks.
