That's  a lie. Actually let me train you in Quickbooks real quick. I've attached proof that quickbooks does place accounts on hold and close account without the merchants request. I did not request this. And you are thieves. You also don't return money that belongs to the merchant after you have placed the account on hold. You also have no answers besides "it was a business decision" to explain what happened to accounts.
