Thank you for your response. I have talked with QuickBooks support two times with no solution. They seem to think it is a problem created when QuickBooks did an upgrade within the system a few weeks ago. We have accepted bank transfer payments for years with no problem until recently. Unfortunately, I do not have an error code. I will attempt to get this once another payment is declined.
