I understand important and convenient it is to have this kind of report in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

 

You may submit a feedback or a product suggestion inside QuickBooks. Our product development team will receive it and possibly include it on the next updates.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Help menu.
  2. Choose Submit Feedback Online.
  3. Select Product Suggestion.

 

In the meantime, we can use the Transaction List by Customer report and customize it to add a column that shows the paid status and the paid date.

 

Like this:

 

  1. Go to Reports menu.
  2. Choose Customers & Receivables, then Transaction List by Customer.
  3. Modify the date.
  4. Click on Customize Report button.
  5. Under Columns section, type and search the keyword for Paid.
  6. Put a check mark for both Paid and Paid Date.
  7. Click on OK.
