Buy nowWhy do we have to put in suggestions for this fix? I've been reading this has been an issue since at least 2018? This is absurd! I just recently had a customer wrongfully charged on her card without her or my consent and not ONE QB "Expert" could tell me how/why it happened after their "support" for 2 hours. Get it together Quickbooks. Now I have to hope they approve my request for refunded transaction fees that accrued with the debit and refund. I hope I find a company that has better service and solutions. (Everyone I spoke to was very friendly but none were very knowledgeable. Also, every time I have called to ask a question, the "experts" have had to look into it before they could give me an answer.)
