I've come to share further details about linking a POS app to QuickBooks Online (QBO), @kobsenterprise268.

POS 19.0 is an Intuit product that can only integrate with the desktop version of QuickBooks. You'll have to download a third-party POS app that can integrate and link with QBO. To do this, you can either visit the Apps Center or look for one through QBO's Apps menu. Here's how:

  1. Log into your QBO account.
  2. Go to the Apps menu.
  3. Look for the appropriate POS app through the Search by name or category field or using the Browse category button.

Also, I'm adding this article to further guide you in managing the growth of your business using QBO: QuickBooks Help Articles. It includes topics about account management, bank transactions, and vendors and inventory, to name a few. You can click the + More topics button to view other selections. Then, explore video tutorials to learn your way around QuickBooks.

Please keep me posted in the comments below. Let me know if you have other concerns about linking a third-party app with QBO. I'll gladly help. Take care, and I wish you continued success, @kobsenterprise268.
