Thanks for bringing this up in the QuickBooks Community, @Sambuca08.

QuickBooks always strive to provide the best customer experience to our QuickBooks users. I'd also feel the same if I were in the same situation. Having said that, let me share with you some steps that can fix the printing issue.

To start let's access your account in a private window. Sometimes too much cache files can cause unexpected behavior with the product. Doing this will help us determine if the error is cache-related.

Here are the following shortcut keys you can use:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Once signed in,  print the check again. If this works, clear the cache in your regular browser to get a clean slate. Or else, use another supported browser if private mode browsing doesn’t work.

If you're still getting the same result, run a test sequence for PDF printing issues. Here's how:

  1. Look for a PDF document saved to your hard drive, open it from within Acrobat/Reader from the File menu, and test to be sure you can print it.
  2. If you cannot print it and you have not yet updated or repaired Adobe, update the program
  3. If you have already updated and repaired Adobe, complete Part 2 and 3 of this article: Test sequence for PDF printing issues.

Here's the article that will provide more info about the process: Fix QuickBooks Online printing issues on browsers for Windows.

Please also take note that printing checks in QuickBooks Online (QBO) will only show the vendor's name with the total bill amount.

Additionally, you can run a report with vendor totals in QuickBooks. This will provide you the data on all money you've paid to a vendor for the year.

Let me know how this goes and by leaving a comment down below. I'll be around if you need further help. Keep safe.
