ACH transfer fees vary on several factors. One example would be the number of transaction volumes. Businesses with larger transaction volumes tend to pay less per transaction. You'll want to check your bank to verify your ACH transactions.

 

Also, you may consider looking for an application that allows you to accept ACH payment for free and integrate with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
