Thanks for posting in the Community, Dominick2.

Let me guide you to automatically be assigned items to your imported transactions.

The easiest way to speed up assigning or categorizing the transactions is by creating bank rules. This saves your time since you don't need to manually assign items on each transaction. I'll show you how.

  1. Click the Banking menu, then select Bank Feeds.
  2. Choose Bank Feeds Center.
  3. Hit Rules in Bank Feeds window.
  4. In the Rules List window, click the Manage Rules dropdown then choose Add New.
  5. In Add Rules Details window, provide a Rule Name.
  6. From the Description dropdown, make a selection and in the Description field, type a word or phrase you want to use as the condition for the rule. If you want to create more conditions, select + button
  7. In the Do This section, make the appropriate selection from the dropdown, and depending on your selection, enter the Payee name or the Account name.
  8. Select Save.

Feel free to check this guide for your reference: Use renaming rules for Bank Feeds.
