I'm in a similar situation. I have taken over an account. My new boss had paid some bills with a credit card that does not get reconciled in QB. How do I mark the bills as paid? I don't want the customer to be credited. I just simply want the bills to show as paid without messing with the bank account, since it was paid with a credit card that is not even in QB.
