Thank you for lopping into this post and giving the complete details of the troubleshooting you've tried to resolve your attachment problem.

 

Since you're still getting the same issue after performing those troubleshooting steps, I'd recommend calling our QuickBooks Desktop Customer Care team. They have the tools, such as screen sharing, that can double-check your QuickBooks and perform more troubleshooting steps to get this working for you.

  1. You can reach them through this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop.
  3. Select your QuickBooks version.
  4. On the Contact Us page, click a topic.
  5. Click on the Get Phone Number button to see the support number.
