I know how imperative it is to verify the status of your payment. But reaching out to Melio support again is our way of getting this sorted out. You can try their chat support for real-time assistance. This way, they can trace your payment history and assist you further in fixing the issue. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. In the bill payment screen, tap the Help to display the Frequently asked questions window.
  2. From there, click the green bubble icon (Start a chat).
