I know that you’ve already reached out to Melio’s customer service about your concern. I still recommend contacting them again for further assistance. They’ll be able to trace the status of the payments and assist in resolving the issue. You can use the Start a chat option for real-time assistance.


Here’s how:

 

  1. In the bill payment screen, tap the Help to display the Frequently asked questions window.
  2. From there, click the green bubble icon (Start a chat).
