I personally use Apple Card as well and I think it's a great addition to our Online Banking feature for iOS or Apple users.
Our engineers might be working to bring the service into QuickBooks Self-Employed. However, I'd recommend sending a request for Apple Card to be added to our Online Banking feature. Here's how:
- Go to Transactions, then click the Connect account button.
- Type Apple card in the search bar (or use Apple Card's browser mode link).
- Scroll down until you see the Still can't find your bank? link. Click the Request support for your bank button instead if there are no results.
- Enter the name and the link in the box.
- Click Request.
We will work with Apple to establish a connection with our Online Banking system. However, they will still have the final say regarding the request process.
In the meantime, you'll want to import your Apple Card transactions through a CSV file:
- On the Transactions page, click the arrow icon beside Connect account.
- Choose Import transactions.
- Click the Import older transactions button under Action.
- Browse for the CSV file you've downloaded from Apple Card.
- Hit Continue.

After importing them, you can start categorizing your transactions for your estimated taxes.
