- Go to the Gear icon.
- Choose Account and Settings.
- Select the Company menu.
- Scroll down to the Contact info section.
- Click the Pencil icon to edit your email address.
- Pick the Save button.
- Hit Done.
If your email address is entered correctly, you'd want to make sure that your email is configured properly.
