Hello. 

I went through and did all of this, but I went into the last few steps, where I need to click "Set Credits."  This button does not show up anywhere.  Where is the button located, after you select the bill or bills to be paid?

I tried contacting an agent through phone and messaging, but neither knew what they were doing.
