@Yogi   Welcome back, I'm glad to see you were able to see the information you were looking for.

QuickBooks Online merchant accounts are the only type of account that qualifies for an E-Invoice rate.  If you see "e-invoice n/a" listed, it's because the account being referenced is a desktop account.  Desktop customers have invoiced payments configured as Keyed payment rates.

You can see the different rates based on product if you visit payments.intuit.com.
