Currently, the only way to know if the estimate is accepted by your customer is to contact them. Once confirmed, you'll have to manually take note by adding it as a memo as my colleague stated above. You can refer to the screenshot provided by my colleague @Kristine Mae .

 

I understand this feature could play a big part in our customers business. I'll submit a feature request on your behalf to our product engineers so they'll consider adding it in the future.
