Changing an employee from Casual to Part time
1. Navigate to the Employees screen
2. Select the name of the employee
3. From the left menu, select Tax File Declaration
4. Change the Employment Type field to Part Time and select Save
5. From the left menu, select Pay Run Defaults
6. Change the Primary Pay Category to Permanent Ordinary Hours, or the pay category that you wish to use for your part-time employees, and select Save
7. From the left menu, select Pay Rates
8. Modify the employee's pay rates listed on the screen, and press Save
9. From the left menu, select Leave Allowances
10. Check the employee's leave allowances to ensure they will accrue leave correctly, and select Save when finished
Please note, the changes you have made will apply from the next pay run that you create onwards.
