We haven't received similar cases about the inability to connect your STP pay runs with ATO, paintingbyliz71. We understand that you've already reached out to our live support team, but it's best to contact them again. 

 

Our representatives possess the tools to check your account for updates, especially since ATO has confirmed that everything is functioning on their end. Please note that we're unable to access your account here in the Community.

 

Here's how to connect with them:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
  2. Go to Help and choose the Search tab.
  3. In the search field, type contact support.
  4. Click the Contact Us button.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us.
  6. Follow the on-screen steps.
