To unlock a Pay Run:
Note: If an automated super payment has been made from a pay run, it cannot be unlocked or deleted. It is best to contact our Customer Care Support Team to assist you regarding the discrepancies in the amounts, dates, or recipients of the payments.

To update the Year-to-Date (YTD) figures, Super contributions, or other reportable elements, you have two options. You can either include these adjustments in an upcoming pay event or perform an ad-hoc pay run to reconcile any discrepancies between the reported figures and actual occurrences.
