I can understand how important is is to be able to process super payments in your QuickBooks Online account. The error you're getting "The organisation name in the fund details must be provided." is an ongoing product investigation. 

In the meantime, we can check the following steps below to check if the issue remains or not.

• Delete and recreate the super batch.
• Go to employee's profile > click on Super Funds > edit the super fund > click on Save.
• Check also other users if they've encountered the same error when processing super batch.

I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team, that way you're company will be added tot he affected users and you'll be notify once a fix has been deployed.
