The issues being experienced today with QuickBooks Payroll powered by Employment Hero have now been resolved. If you are experiencing issues accessing your Payroll tab, please contact our Customer Care Team.

To contact support:

1. Click on the Help (?) icon in QBO.
2. Click on Assistant or Search.
3. Select a knowledge base or click on Contact Us.
4. Click on Continue and choose Start a chat or Call Us.

QuickBooks Online Payroll powered by Employment Hero is experiencing an outage where customers are reporting that their Payroll tab shows an empty screen and some customers are getting an error  "quickbooks.yourpayroll.com.au’s server IP address could not be found".

We are in contact with Employment Hero and working on a solution. 

If you are experiencing this issue and would like to be kept up to date with progress and eventual resolution, please either use the 'Help' button in your QBO Browser to start a Chat with the support team, or you can send a Facebook Message to Intuit QuickBooks with the following information:

• Full Name -
• Your Company ID -
• Your Company Name -
• Email address -
• INV -113514 |shows Empty screen only some CX getting an error  "quickbooks.yourpayroll.com.au’s server IP address could not be found"
