There is an ongoing Product Investigation reported about unable to process super payments in QuickBooks Online Payroll. It's INV-112252: Unable to process super payments Error "The organization name in the fund details must be provided." I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. That way, your account will be added to the affected companies and you'll get email notification once a fix has been deployed.
To contact support:
- Click on the Help (?) icon in QBO.
- Click on Search and select Contact Us.
- Enter a short description of your issue.
- Click on Continue.
