Hi alect,

 

Yes, the payment setup on a leave category will be applied to all employees. For us to check the setup of your leave category, I would suggest to please contact our Support team.

 

Here's how to contact support:

 

  1. Log in to QBO company.
  2. Click on the Help icon.
  3. Click on Contact us and choose a way on how you would like to contact either via call or chat.
