You already did the right steps, accounting151.

 

At this point, I would recommend contacting our phone or chat agents to see your setup. They can do a screen-sharing session to gather data and to know why your assigned tax code doesn't automatically show in the Shipping field.

 

To reach them:

  1. Click the Gear icon and choose Contact us.
  2. Enter a summary of the behavior in the field provided and click Let's talk. You may copy the text from your original post above.
  3. Choose from Chat or Get a callback.
