We can't change the employee ID on the system. However, if you would like to have the employee ID matches with the payroll ID on your payslip, you can enter it as an External ID on the employee's Details. Then enable this option on your pay slip settings. Here's how:

1. Go to Employees tab.
2. Select Payroll Settings and then Pay Slips.
3. Untick Show employee ID.
4. Tick Show employee external ID.
5. Select Save.
