Hi @LCapes,

 

Let me walk you through with creating an ad-hoc pay run for your employee.

 

You'll need to create a new pay schedule first, here's how:

  1. Click the Employees tab.
  2. Click the Payroll Settings tab.
  3. Under Pay Run Settings, select Pay Schedules.
  4. Add your 2-day pay run schedule on this page.

Next thing you need to do is run payroll, then select the employee you mentioned and then select the newly created pay schedule.

 

That should do it. Once this is wrapped up, you may view the Payroll & STP page for your reference. It's a list of helpful articles about payroll.
