At the moment, setting up electronic signatures for estimates is unavailable in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
I can see how this feature would greatly help you in managing your business. I'll take note of this as a suggestion to improve your QuickBooks experience.
In the meantime, you can look for third-party apps that offer this service. Simply search for it using this link: https://desktop.apps.com/home
Moreover, you can personally send feedback to our product developer. This way, they can review it and most likely this on our future updates. Here's how:
- Click the Help menu and select Send Feedback Online.
- Choose Product Suggestion, then enter the details of your concern.
- Select Send Feedback and click Close Window.
