We've received reports from some users about the exact error message. Our team has not declared a specific time frame for the complete fix, but they're already working on it and conducting a further investigation.

 

Rest assured, we take this case with urgency and high regard. The unexpected behavior you have experienced is expected to be resolved in an upcoming product update.

  1. Open QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. Click the Help tab at the top menu bar.
  3. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  4. Enter your concern, then hit Continue.
  5. Choose Get a callback.
