Buy nowA little over a week ago when logging into our company file as Admin it prompted me to do a forced password change. It accepted the new password, and then the program shut down with no error messages. Now, whenever I attempt to login as Admin the program closes right before it loads the QB desktop.
I can log in as any other user without a problem. Our file is stored on a Windows 2016 Essentials Server. This is what I've tried:
There are no error messages that pop up when Quickbooks closes after logging in as Admin, but this entry always appears in the Windows Application Events:

A week ago I called Intuit Support and spent over 2 hours on the phone with a tech trying to solve the problem. He eventually gave up and gave a me a case number and told me someone would be in touch within 48 hours to continue troubleshooting. No one has attempted to contact me.
I would be extremely appreciative if anyone is able to come up with a solution that allows me to regain the ability to log in as Admin.
Thank you!
