In QuickBooks Desktop, you can use an expense account for Sirius XM radio charges. If you don’t have it yet, you can follow the outlined steps below to set it up.
- Go to the Lists menu, then choose Chart of Accounts.
- From the Account dropdown, click New.
- Select an account type (expense), then hit Continue.
- Complete the account details.
- Press Save & Close.
