I'm happy to guide you in viewing the notes of your inventory item in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), @Andog1.
When you've added and saved notes, you're unable to display them while you edit the inventory item details. You'll have to visit the Notes section on the Inventory Center to review them. To do this, here's how:
- Go to the Inventory menu.
- Select Inventory Center.
- Choose the inventory item.
- Click the Notes section to see the notes.
