Hi, I don't have any problems with the rooster in the kitchen (or most likely, outside the open window in the kitchen) as long as the support is good.

The problem here is we are trying to deal with a problem that simply will not be resolved until you move to the "lesser than" online subscriptions that is 5 times slower with data entry.

The only way to speed up this PIG of a program (doesn't matter which version, they are all pigs) is to switch to SSD or NVRAM drives to compensate for the sloppy, piggish programming that has been patched, patched, patched since the 90's.

The program needed a full re-write, so they did it for the cloud.

The only thing you get with premier or enterprise are a handful of additional reports and ability to add more users.

Seriously, a database (pseudo-sql) that is "too big and slows down" at 238mb is a pathetic excuse.

You are wasting your time and bits.  They know its a poor excuse for a database app, but don't care because they are #1.  The only reason they are #1 is because they got to the SMB market first, and companies stay with it because new hires "Know" Quickbooks.

In this case the software you know is better than one you don't, and you want new employees to be able to sit down and go to work, without having to learn their way around a different vendor.  Same reason users stay with even more pathetic excuse for software SAGE 50, or SAGE 100.  It's still Peachtree under the hood and support is twice as bad as QB.

Both use PREDITORY sales techniques by disabling features like email invoices just to get you to buy it again, again and again.  Either desktop version or cloud, they have you by the b@11's and know it.

That's why the button says  "SUBMIT" and not "enter".
