Currently, our engineering team is already working on fixing this issue. Have you been added to the notification list for this investigation number INV-59268? If no, I'd suggest contacting our Payroll Team to add you to the list of affected users. I'll show you how.
- Login to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Select the Help (?) at the top right.
- Select Talk to a human.
- Enter the investigation number, then hit Get help from a human.
- Choose a way to connect either Chat or get a Callback.
