If you haven’t edited your phone number yet in the Company and Settings, here’s how:
- From the Gear icon, click Accounts and Settings.
- Choose a Company.
- Change your phone number in the Contact Info section.
Once done, try reprocessing the 1099 form.
If the phone number is not altered, then you may need to submit additional documents. I would suggest contacting payroll support to update your business and information.
