Thank you for reaching out to us about your missing transactions with AMEX. I can help you add your transactions.
There’s currently an ongoing investigation about AMEX charges not showing in the For Review tab. While our online banking team is working with your financial institution to resolve this, you can use the WebConnect feature to get your transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO):
- Log in to your bank's website and download the bank transactions.
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- On the Banking page, click Update drop-down.
- Choose File Upload.
- Click Browse to select a file to upload.
- Choose the file.
- Continue the prompts.
I also recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care Team. They can add you to our list of affected users, and you'll receive an email notification once an update is available.
