Thank you for your quick reply, but I still do not feel like I got the answer I needed.
Please know, I am not much of a technology geek. This stuff does not come easy for me and it is more of a struggle to understand and grasp it.

Last week, when I updated my mac (2015) to the new os Monterey, I was no longer able to access my Quickbooks, 2016. I am clueless as to where to go from here but desperately need to gain access.

I clicked on the links you shared but do not see how any of them can help.
