So, two and half years ago, we were told:

"I know that having to go through manually editing each transaction can be a real pain when you have more important things to be doing. Our developers are implementing new features based on the functionality that works best for most users. I'm taking note of this request and making it my top priority that it reaches our developers."

TOP PRIORITY! 

Really? So 2-1/2 years later, and what have you all done about it? NOTHING. Just keep repeating the same non-answer over and over, despite the obvious and clear feedback from your users who are PISSED that you have taken away this feature that we used to have with regular Quickbooks. 

What a sack of BS. 

I keep seeing the same, tired, BS excuse of a reply on this thread over and over. "I understand that it's important for you to be able to undo reconciliation, but we're not going to let you do it." 

I am unable to use the words here that I would really like to use to express my loathing for Quickbooks and its "support". What a sick joke. 

If my corporate franchisor did not require me to use Quickbooks, I would immediately find something else.
