The journal entry below shows up in the customer’s Unbilled Time and Expense: $2,800.
The problem is when I go to one of the 2013 past due invoices.
From the past due invoice
1) I click APPLY CREDITS, there’s no available credit of $2,800.
I then tried: (Photo 3)
- Open PAST DUE invoice
- Click RECEIVE PAYMENTS
- There’s still no $2,800 credit to apply to the past due invoices.
