Usually, our Support Team is open from M-F 6 AM to 6 PM for QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Pro, Premier, Plus. And, any time, any day for QBDT Enterprise.
During those hours mentioned, you can contact support following these steps:
- Open QuickBooks.
- Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter a brief description of your issue, then select Let's talk.
- Choose a way to connect with an agent.
