Thank you for your response. To answer your questions:
- Were you in Admin and single user when running this sync?
- I was logged into Admin, but I was not told that I had to be in single user mode so I will try again after switching to single.
- Are you receiving an error you can share?
- Using the "update web services method" the sync completes, but data is not sent to QB Time, no error message that I am aware of.
- Are all your payroll items mapped in QuickBooks TIme?
- I am unsure what you are asking. Before this issue started, the sync worked fine --- PTO, pay-rate info was synced to QB Time without issue. If there is something I need to check in terms of mapping, any information you can provide would be appreciated.
