Thank you, Abigail,  We appreciate your quick reply. 

However, Loan Manager has been disabled in QB 2022 - it even says so when opening the company file. So migrating the company file wont do any good, since it's being upgraded to the new version.

With regard to the Outlook issue - I have checked that all is updated and gone through the article you are referencing without success.

I used to work and then from one day to the next it didn't.  The only difference at the time was an R update to QB 2021.  It was our hope that update to QB 2022 would solve the issue....but no such luck!
