Welcome back to the QuickBooks Community. I'll be providing details about setting up the price on your items in QuickBooks. Then, to ensure that you'll be able to perform alternative steps to achieve your goal.
Creating bulk pricing for a group of items is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online. However, there's a Pricing rule feature that lets you control the price of your products and services. You can offer discounts or charge different rates by item. You can also offer them to only certain customers for a specified amount of time. Please know that setting up inventory tracking isn't necessary to use this feature.
To start with, you'll have to go to the Account and Settings page. From there you'll see the option to turn on the said option.
