We recognize the need to disable these ads permanently. QuickBooks use in-product ads to help optimize your QuickBooks experience by suggesting new features and program updates that's timely relevant. 

I understand how beneficial it is to have the ability to customize ads in the program. Right now, stopping the ads from popping up in QuickBooks for Mac is unavailable. 

We take your suggestion as a guide on which area of the product we should improve. I’ll submit feedback on your behalf about this feature for consideration in future updates.
