The packing slip in QuickBooks Online is a standard format. Therefore, you're unable to edit it. You can customize your sales forms to add the details you want to include.
To print the packing slip, I'd suggest following these steps:
- Go to the Sales menu and then choose Customers.
- Select the customer's name to display their transactions.
- From the Transaction List tab, select the invoice or sales receipt you want to print a Packing Slip.
- Click the Batch actions drop-down menu, then choose Print packing slip.
