Please contact our QuickBooks Desktop support to check this further since the issue cannot be resolved using the steps in the previous replies.

 

  1. Click on Help.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Choose Contact us.
  4. In the description field, enter a summary of the scenario and hit Continue.
  5. Click Message an agent.
