Since the register is working fine, you can open those transactions by customizing a report. Ensure to select the correct date and amount to view it.

Here's how:

1. Click Report.
2. Open the report, select Customize Report.
3. On the Modify Report window, go to the tab/s you need to update, then choose OK when you're done.
